Just 15 minutes walk from where I am staying is the beautiful Romberg Park.  It is an “English style” botanic garden that is also home to the aforementioned Dortmund Zoo.  After a frustrating morning waiting 3 hours for an imposed Windows 10 upgrade to install itself I was keen to get outside for some exercise.

There were lots of people about getting some early evening exercise.  I jogged through the park and then walked back around the small lake (or large pond) and then through the arboretum back home.  Very pleasant environment – would be just perfect for a summer picnic.
